The 2011 season brought a fresh new look to the closing credits, two years after the previous change. A simple but elegent aerial shot, similar to those used in the show since 2010 in stock shots, sweeps us over the ocean towards Barrenjoey Headland - with the credits aligned at the bottom of the screen as in previous years. With Australian airings still using the generic Seven Network closing credits, these credits are only seen by international viewers of the show. They debuted on Channel 5 in the UK on Monday 7th February 2011. The closing theme from 2009 remains.
International broadcasters are also given the option of using promos created by Seven, with an accompanying bumper, to be shown before the end credits. Similar to the bumper used before the opening recap, this shot shows a 3D version of the 'Home and Away' logo embedded in Pittwater.
