Dani apologised to Brodie for being mean and thanked her for rescuing Will's note.
Dani pieced the ripped note back together and it said that he was sorry he missed their date and that he fell asleep and would like to go out again sometime. Dani went and saw Will and it looks like they are going out again.

Leah came back from the hospital after the syringe went into her foot. Alf closed the beach and fears that no one will return because of the needle scare. Vinnie went in search of the drop-kick surfer and accused him of putting the needle on the beach. Leah is fronting a brave face but deep down she is worried. The hospital took a blood test for HIV, HepB etc and she won't find the results out for 3 months.

Mitch saw Sam at the diner and Sam asked if he and Brodie were going out. Mitch said, not quite and Sam told him that Hayley was jealous. Sam asked him if he and Hayley had 'done the deed' to which Mitch replied 'I can't believe you asked that'. Sam then said 'I didn't think so - maybe you couldn't keep her happy'.

Sam went and saw Hayley and they kissed on the couch. Will caught them and sent Sam home.
