Vinnie Patterson and Leah Poulos (2001)
Vinnie and Leah were a perfect match, she was bubbily and talkative and he was 'The V man' with wild schemes and a sensitive side. Their wedding caused tensions in their families due to Leah being strict Greek Orthadox and Vinnie being Christian. Their mothers rowed almost from the first time they met but eventually they agreed on their wedding.
A traditional Greek ceremony with a traditional greek reception. In true greek style, the wedding was big, bold and beautiful. Vinnie (being Vinnie), didn't turn up in a traditional suit and tie, but instead decided he would be better off going in a kilt, the sign of his family heritage whereas Leah wore a traditional whilte gown. The reception was a big party with all the typical greek traditions such as plate smashing. Unfortunately their marriage didn't last long though, as Vinnie was imprisoned not long after and was later believed to have died in prison.
