Penny McNamee Joins the Cast of Home and Away

Penny McNamee, a 32 year old stage actress, has scored a lead role on Home and Away as Summer Bay’s newest doctor, Dr. Tori Morgan.

Of her employment on the series, Penny told The Herald Sun, “It’s my dream job. I’ve been wanting a role on Home and Away since I started acting.” She continued, by stating about her character, “She arrives in Summer Bay looking for a fresh start, but she’s certainly got some dark secrets.”

Penny is a well-known actress, having appeared in Australian dramas such as All Saints and Satisfaction, as well as American series, Blue Bloods, Elementary and Salem’s Lot. She is also the sister of Packed to the Rafters actress, Jessica McNamee (who played Lisa Duffy on Home and Away in 2007).

Penny’s first scenes will air in 2016.
