Extended Summary
It looks like Dani is beginning to come out of her shell and getting her life together. Will took her out for breakfast at the Diner. Alf tried apologising for Morag but kept putting his foot in his mouth. Dani made it clear she wants to get on with her life and forget about the past. After breakfast, Alex, Brodie and Will took her mini golfing.
While Brodie and Alex enjoyed themselves, that didn’t stop Brodie hassling Alex about his association with the dodgy builders. She’s gone to the site and taken photos. Some workmen chased her off. Could it be she’s onto something? Why would they react like that if they were innocent?
Vinnie and Leah have rung the police about the stolen video player. Alex is flabbergasted that they didn’t notice it missing sooner. Vinnie thinks the Pouloses are laughing at him and only tolerate him because he’s Leah’s husband. If that’s not enough, Vinnie said their insurance policy mightn’t cover them because they had people over. Things are going from bad to worse for Vinnie. It looks like he’s hit rock bottom again.
Gypsy’s digging a grave for herself. She told Shelley about seeing Jodie the other day. Shelley’s told her to leave it alone and let the authorities deal with it. She should have left it there, but no, she didn’t. She went to see Jodie, and the little girl’s mum came out yelling abuse at her. Shelley found out about it and warned Gypsy that if she doesn’t follow instructions, her job at the centre might be in jeopardy.
