At the end of the day they are really tired, sore and have no money to show for their work. They are told they will be paid when they have finished all the work, they all dread having to go back to the farm the following day. However Gypsy has now got an excuse to chat to Mitch later in the evening. She runs into him at the surf club where Mitch has just been using the shower. They talk about how sore their muscles are and Gypsy offers to massage Mitch aching shoulders. Mitch says maybe later. Mitch later asks Will for advice about Gypsy and how to deal with her. Will asks Gypsy what is happening but Gypsy says Will is jealous.

He also states that if Donald understood what his aim was with the film he would think Marilyn was right for the part. Marilyn of course believes all the producer is saying to her. Irene tries to talk some sense into Marilyn but has no luck. Marilyn thinks she is wanted because she is right for the part. Later she has to talk to Donald about the part and he is furious with Lansdowne. Marilyn and Donald run into Lansdowne at the diner. She thinks about it and she can forgive but not forget. However she does think Jesse is being too hard on Vinnie when he will not eat with him or talk to him. Sally chats to Jesse about how upset Vinnie is but Jesse tells Sally about Bianca telling him he has acting talent and he feels Vinnie nearly ruined everything for him. Bianca tries to get Jesse to leave the Bay to take up acting professionally. Sally asks Bianca what went on with Vinnie. Bianca gives her version of events and Sally tells her that is sounds unlike Vinnie. When Sally tells Bianca that Vinnie says they were acting Bianca laughs. This makes Sally think of Bianca in a different way. Later Jesse tells Bianca he is thinking about what she said and that travel and a new life may be good for Rachel.
