Will Justine be found guilty of manslaughter? Has Peta found a new home? Vinnie’s pranks close the surf club.
Extended Summary
At the court, Justine’s mum is forced by the Defence Barrister about how she tricked Justine and the context in which Justine said “I did it – I killed the baby”. When Justine has to give evidence the Prosecution barrister gives her a hard time about her not reporting the bruises that Ruby had. Mrs Collins is next to appear who refutes Justine’s claim that she had mentioned the bruising to herself and Mr Collins. Later on back at the Caravan Park Home Justine feels completely let down by her mum and tells Tom that all she ever wanted was to know that her mother loved her. The following day both barristers make their closing arguments. The jury reach a decision finding Justine guilty of manslaughter.
Peta and Will are getting on very well together when Gypsy arrives back at the Caravan Park and asks Will how he is getting on with the study for tomorrow’s test. Will thinks she is bluffing and the test is next week. While at Irene’s Chloe and herself are getting emotional about Chloe leaving so soon. Irene asks Will if he has been studying for the test tomorrow but he still thinks it is next week but Irene says it is definitely tomorrow as she was talking to Donald about it. Will then spends the rest of the evening in a blind panic trying to study. Adam arrives back from a night out and suggests to Will that he try cheating and tells Will what he used to get up to. This is what Will does the following day.
Joel and Natalie arrive back late to find a Department of Community Services Officer (DOCS) waiting for them. The Docs officer had arrived to find Will and Peta kissing on the couch. As the Docs officer talks to Joel and Natalie about fostering Will keeps butting in with comments until Joel takes him aside and tells him he is not helping the situation.
Vinnie is not telling Sally what his plan is to get his own back on Adam. Adam meanwhile is teasing Vinnie for his lack of tricks. However the next day Adam discovers the surf club toilets have been blocked with jelly. Alf is therefore forced to close the club until the toilets are cleared which leaves Adam mad about losing the day’s takings with Bonza Burger closed.
