Extended Summary
Fisher and Grant talk in Fisher’s office. Fisher does still have his doubts about Grant’s way of teaching even though Fisher had to admit they do work.
Viv and Emma are planning Steven’s welcome home card. Viv wanted to make a drawing for him too but it didn’t go too well so later Viv and Emma decide to use an already made picture of a body builder to make things fun in the card. They will put a picture of Steven’s face over the head of the body builder as a joke.
Grant finds out that Fisher is Bobby’s father. Grant was a bit surprised.
Celia puts up a lot of stuff in Alf and Celia’s store for the Africa Awareness Week.
Steven comes home. He walks with crutches. Sally, Sophie, Carly, Tom and Pippa welcome him home.
Steven tries to find Viv. He phoned her earlier but she was out with Emma when they were in Alf’s store.
Later when Viv is home she phones Steven but he is out with his family having dinner.
Celia ordered documentary videos to Alf’s store for the Africa Awareness Week. She will also organise to get some paper cutouts of African women to put up in the store as well.
The cutouts arrive and Alf sees them. They display topless African women and he is very surprised.
Pippa talks to Carly about her engagement to Ben.
Viv has put the welcome home card for Steven in his locker. Vicki takes it and replaces Viv’s letter in the card with the letter which Vicki wrote to cause trouble between Steven and Viv. Vicki puts the card back in Steven’s locker.
Steven sees the card from Viv and reads the letter. The letter says that she wants to break up with him (It isn’t true of course. It is just Vicki’s way of causing problems for Viv and Steven). Steven is depressed because of it and very surprised since he thought things were great between him and Viv. He shows Tom the letter and talks to him about it.
Viv ask Sophie at school if she has seen Steven. Sophie says no.
Celia sees the topless African native woman paper cutouts in Alf’s store and is shocked. Celia covers the “vital parts” with some towels!
Vicki puts part two of her plan in action to cause more troubles between Viv and Steven. Vicki pretends to find a letter to Steven near Steven’s locker where Viv and Emma stand.
Vicki reads it out to them and pretends as if a girl called Sarah writes it. It’s another fake letter that Vicki wrote of course. Vicki’s idea with the letter is to make Viv think that Steven has found another girlfriend. Emma and Viv are very surprised.
