Paulini was initially a contestant in 2003 series of Australian Idol, eventually finishing 3rd.

For the opening of Josie’s new bar, Noah’s, Josie used her contacts to get Paulini as the star attraction. At the opening, Paulini sung “We Can Try”. She was then dragged around the surf club by Colleen to meet the residents of the bay.

Unfortunately, the church burnt down for Pippa’s christening, but when the event was moved to Summer Bay House, Paulini sung “Silent Night”.
