Rowan was a drug dealer who was working for Cam Reynolds at the Rocket Club. Cam supplied him with drugs and ordered him to sell them but not inside the club. Later in the evening, Martha noticed Rowan selling drugs and told Cam who organised for him to be thrown out of the club. Outside the club, Rowan was kicking up a fuss so the police were called. Jack found drugs on him so Rowan asked for them to get Cam and Jack used it as an opportunity to raid the club. Unfortunately, his boss put a stop to the raid as the drugs were found outside the premises.

After Jack had talked his boss into going through with a raid, he met with Rowan at the beach and paid him to plant drugs on Cam in return for the charges against him being dropped. Rowan thought he was being set up but Jack reassured him he was geniune and was only interested in getting Cam. At the club, Cam caught Rowan planting the drugs in his bag and Rowan immediately told him it wasn’t his idea. Cam later planted the drugs in Martha’s bag before the police raided the club and Martha was arrested instead.

Months later, Rowan contacted Jack out of the blue wanting to meet with him. Rowan asked him to steal some ‘evidence’ from the police station as he found out he had done the same for Martha. Jack refused to do it but Rowan threatened to go to his boss and revealed he had recorded their original conversation about planting the drugs on Cam. Jack had no choice but to do as Rowan asked and they met up later to exchange the drugs for the tape. Jack told him he never wanted to see or hear from him again.
