Woman who Scott McPhee had employed to find a nanny for Ben whilst he and his wife were on a business trip. At the same time Floss had came down to see her son and talk about why she had shut them out of his life. Mrs Lacey believed Floss to be an applicant and Floss quickly changed her name to Mrs Neville. After convincing Ailsa and Pippa to provide false references, Mrs Lacey gave Floss the job and was later seen handing Ben over to Floss.
