Megan approached Rachel while she was looking for a missing Harry and told her that they’d spoken on the phone, and Rachel didn’t have to worry about the rent on the studio flat she had leased her until after Harry was found. It was news to Rachel that she’d rented a studio flat but the conversation tipped her off as to where Jane Avent was keeping Harry.

A few weeks later, Megan was approached by Liam to help him find a property in the town. She quickly gushed about his music and asked for an autograph. After failing to find a property and an uncomfortable reunion with Aden, Liam was ready to give up on settling in Summer Bay but Megan showed him brochures for an old restaurant with a flat above it. After Romeo had approached them and chatted to Liam about the prospect of a new start, Liam agreed to view the property and, when Megan told him there was a cooling period and the owners would be happy for him to move in straightaway, he signed the contract.
