Adam was an Army friend of Roman’s who, along with some other divers, came to the Bay to help Roman search for the dinghy that Sam used to kill herself and to try and clear Martha of murder. Adam seemed more than happy to help out an old mate and encouraged Roman to continue looking when he wanted to give up. Despite their hard work, they couldn’t locate the boat, but fortunately for Martha it turned up elsewhere.

After the search Adam quizzed Roman about his relationship with Martha and asked if she’s was the one. When Roman said yes, Adam told him that after what he’d been through he deserved to be happy.

The residents of Summer Bay seemed impressed by Adam and the other diver’s, particularly Colleen who loved having a “huge band of strapping young fella’s” in the Bay!
