Dorothy was the social worker in charge of finding a home for Bambang Rahardjo after he was found by Xavier and Romeo. She went to see Charlie at the police station and noted they were having trouble finding an Indonesian family for him. Charlie noted that Martha had shown an interest in looking after him indefinitely and Dorothy observed that while the situation wasn’t ideal they needed to be flexible. She met Martha and Bambang when they came to the station to complain about Angelo confiscating Bambang’s belongings. The following week, after Martha’s application to foster Bambang was approved, Dorothy brought him to the farm, where she noted Bambang had missed Martha and predicted he wouldn’t take long to settle back in with her.
