Moira was the receptionist at Summer Bay High for at least some of Barry Hyde’s tenure as principal. On Dan Baker’s first day as school counsellor, he was left alone with Moira while Barry was talking to Sally in his office. Seeming quite taken with the newcomer, Moira talked about how Summer Bay wasn’t safe anymore following Noah’s shooting and flirted with him in a manner that he seemed to find uncomfortable. When Dan left the office after a private chat with Barry, Moira told an exasperated Barry that she thought Dan was nice.
