Removed: Blake* & Karen

Following Karen Dean’s departure the previous week, after being arrested for causing the car accident that killed David Croft, she was removed from the opening titles. Strangely enough, her brother Blake who she shared a shot with was also removed, despite his continuing role on the show.

With one less character shot, we saw the reintroduction of the windsurfer last seen in the 1990 titles.

Note: Blake Dean remained a part of the main cast, and was relegated to the closing credits.
