With Matt Wilson’s last appearance being in the penultimate episode of the 1991 season, he was removed from the opening titles accordingly. This provided the only clue to viewers that he would no longer be around, with his absence strangely not being explained on screen.

This set also contained an error in that it incorrectly credited Tina Thomsen as Tina Thomson, something which wouldn’t be corrected until a small update a few months into the season.

Note: This version did not air during Episode 982 (14th April 1992), but rather 1992 Set 1A.
