Whilst only one character was added to this set, Justine Welles who had first appeared three months previously, there were again a number of changes to existing character shots.

A subtle change was the shot for Sam, who was previously seen carrying a skateboard, but now appears in a very similar shot jogging with his surfboard. Selina and Jesse were separated into new solo shots, Jesse’s clearly filmed as an alternative when his previous one with Selina was filmed.

Whilst the shot of Tiegan and Joey remained the same, only Tiegan was now credited, producers perhaps feeling that Alex O’Han was getting short shrift by only appearing as a somewhat blurry figure in the background. As a result, Joey was now given his own solo shot.

Another subtle change was Chloe’s shot. Whilst she was previously seen laying her arm back on a large surf rescue board, this variation instead saw her in a simpler, less ‘provocative’ pose.

Whilst other shots remained the same, many were shuffled around, and the filler shot of the joggers introduced in the previous set was removed.
