A week after the previous changes, one of which was the erroneous removal of James Fraser, he was reinstated in Episode 2686.

The previous set had seen the first appearance in the titles of Duncan Stewart, played by Brendan McKensy. In this version, the font style was corrected to bring it in line with other credits, but with two errors fixed, another one was introduced. The spelling of Brendan’s surname was mistakenly changed to ‘McKensey’, and this error would remain in the titles for a month.
