The first change for the year came after the departure of Kit Hunter, with an alternative shot of Kirsty, Jade and Tasha debuting which only lasted 10 episodes.

After making their entrance a couple of weeks earlier, Kit’s youngest siblings Matilda and Henry were added into the tug-of-war shot alongside Rhys, Beth and Max. In direct contrast to the previous version of the shot, Rhys got his own back by letting go of the rope and sending the family flying.

The text size of the character and actor names was also significantly increased to improve legibility.
