Extended Summary
Gary is home again. Phil and Stacey hated his sick little prank.
Gary phones Carly and he dumps her in a nice way. Pippa comforts Carly in her room. (Emotional music plays)
Phil and Stacey talk again about Gary’s sick “game”. They come up with another plan to get him.
They want to drive Gary out of Summer Bay.
The next morning, Celia brings in a bundle of newspapers into the shop; she reads the headlines, “Mystery of tragic accident solved”, and a picture of Gary is beside the report.
Carly is still upset over Gary dumping her.
The report and the photo in the paper was actually put in by Gary himself. Gary has made Phil and Stacey look bad in the article.
Stacey goes over to Jeff’s place and talks to Gary. He is still up to his tricks.
Lance is telling Alison that a new night-club will open in the old house. Martin and Gary don’t think it is a good idea to tell her.
Gary hurries over to the house while just as Alison leaves. It turns out that the builders haven’t started building at all. Lance is shocked to discover that he has been ripped off!
