Tensions explode into violence as Bobby comes to Ailsa’s defence. Meanwhile, Alf lays down the law to Roo.

Extended Summary

Ailsa has discovered that Bobby found the card in Roo’s locker. Ailsa realises that Roo must have stolen it from her.

Pippa bakes cakes for Alf and Ailsa’s engagement party.

Sally tells Floss that she has stopped believing in Milko now.

Ailsa is angry with Roo for sneaking into her apartment and stealing the card.

Bobby and Roo start fighting and Jeff Samuels, the sports teacher stops them. Ailsa’s letter accidentally falls to the ground and someone picks it up.

Alison, one of the girls in the school says, “Ailsa, my darling!” to Fisher in the school corridor. Fisher hears it.

Fisher talks to Ailsa and is curious how Alison knew they were an item a long time ago.

Bobby stops Alison in the corridor demanding the whereabouts of the card.

Ailsa tells Alf about the letter that Roo has stolen from her and disclosed its contents.

When Floss sees Pippa baking the engagement cakes, she thinks of her and Neville’s son, Scott. They weren’t welcome at Scott’s engagement 15 years ago. Neville tells Floss not to let that spoil Alf and Ailsa’s engagement.

Frank and Roo argue because she does not want to go to the engagement party.

Roo’s aunt, Morag, phones and tells her something nasty about Ailsa’s secret past.
