He invites Carly to stay and have a coffee with him.
Dodge tries to get Sally to work with him but she doesn’t want to. Tom thinks it would be a good idea for Sally to do it and get some extra money. Sally has no choice.

Stacey plays a song to the Image group. They have to learn the words because it’s the song Nina wants them to sing.

Adam introduces himself to Tom. Tom tells him Carly had to pay $150. Adam pays his half.

Sally comes in from gardening and interrupts Morag on the phone many times. First for some water, then for cordial, then for ice. She also hears Morag mention $10 an hour. Sally realises she’s being ripped off by Dodge. She protests with the other kids asking for a pay raise from $1.50 to $2.50 and hour. He disagrees and Sally walks off the job.

At the Fletcher house, Tom finds out the problem and seems to be on Dodge’s side again. Sally says it’s not fair. Dodge also gets in trouble for ripping off family.

Marilyn listens to the tape Stacey gave her. Morag turns it off saying it’s rubbish. Marilyn informs Morag she may have to leave her job soon once the group gets started.

Tom gives Carly the $75 from Adam that she had to pay in the first place. Carly goes down to Adam’s yacht to find out why Adam went to see Tom. He tells her he wanted to meet them in case he started going out with her. Carly is surprised. He tells her he might ask her out soon.
