Carly will never have the opportunity to see her grandmother again. Grant realises he must end his relationship with Jane.
Extended Summary
Jane talks to Ailsa in Diner on this Sunday. She tells Ailsa that Grant is on pub with the boys. Ailsa say it is nothing wrong occasionally.
Jane feels bad without a job and feels a bit scared due to a lot of arguments with Grant lately.
Blake tells Pip it was partly his fault that Sally was on her own in cinema. She appreciates his honesty.
Pippa try to get Carly to change her mind about visiting her grandmother in hospital. Carly still won’t see her even though she is dying.
Blake and Karen visit Sophie in Pippa’s house even though she is grounded. They make popcorn.
Grant talks to Ben about his problems with Jane. Ben suggests he have to tell Jane exactly how he is feeling.
Pippa see that Blake and Karen are visiting Sophie. They’re doing homework.
Ben and Pippa continue to try to persuade Carly to see her grandmother but Carly is determined not to.
Grant and Jane talk to each other. They are calm but act a bit strange to each other. They forgive each other.
Pip asks Sophie how serious her relationship with Blake is. Sophie gets offensive and says you don’t get pregnant by holding hands. Ailsa ask Blake the same question.
Pip has a sex talk with Sophie. Meanwhile, Ailsa have a sex talk to Blake in Alf’s house. They talk about being careful etc.
Jane has made a nice dinner for her and Grant. He notices it is cheese that he can’t eat as a vegetarian. She gets offended and they start arguing again.
Carly get persuaded by Pip and Ben to visit her grandmother.
Just as Ben and Carly is about to go out to visit her grandmother, Carly’s father phones. Pip answers. Carly’s grandmother died half-hour ago. Carly say it saved them the trip and acts calm.
Grant is out running at beach at early morning. Jane wakes up and notices Grant is up (he slept on sofa this night).
Sophie is studying a Shakespeare play. She thinks it is pretty interesting.
Grant talks to Ben. He has given up Jane. He tells Ben he will probably have to call their relationship off. Ben try to keep Grant’s hopes up but he is convinced he have to dump Jane but he still wants to be friends after that.
Grant will tell Jane as soon as he gets home.
