Patricia helps Blake out of a tight spot. Will Steven resist the temptation to seek out Jennifer.
Extended Summary
Blake and Karen come to the Diner and help Ailsa get things ready at morning before the customers arrive.
Karen talks about how bad last night was.
Haydn comes to Diner and thanks Karen for last night. He thought it was great last night.
Karen and Haydn talk about it. (Music plays). Haydn gives Karen a light kiss.
Karen are over the moon and talks to Sophie about it.
Patricia comes to school since she will start there as the replacement teacher for Grant.
She says hello to Blake in front of friends. He gets embarrassed and say he doesn’t know whom she is.
Fisher introduces class to Patricia. She will be taking Grant’s classes and Blake is in same class.
She explains to class she used to be a nun. Students think it is funny. She is ok with that and tells them they will get the jokes over first and then get on to learning.
Students ask her questions. One guy asks how she knows Blake. She says it is none of their business since Blake wouldn’t tell it himself. Blake is grateful to her for not explaining that she saw him in church.
Bobby talks to Ailsa in Diner. Ailsa think she should be home resting. Bobby explains to Carly that she can continue to work in Diner until she has had her baby. Carly are grateful for that since she and Ben need the money.
Karen wants to know where Blake met Patricia and why Blake don’t want to talk about it. He are annoyed and don’t want to explain. A guy from class teases Blake about knowing Patricia because she used to be a nun. Blake and him nearly start a fight but Fisher interrupts them. Fisher find out it was about Blake knowing Patricia.
Fisher talks to her about it. She explains she saw Blake in church and that he was very emotionally upset over something. Fisher explains that his mum died in cancer a while ago and it might be that.
Fisher takes over Grant’s rehearsal classes for the modern version of Romeo and Juliet. Fisher actually hates the idea of a modern version of it and isn’t impressed with it so far.
Bobby comes into Alf’s store that is filled with Christmas things from Alf’s store. She talks to Marilyn about it. Marilyn had put it up.
Bobby is doubtful how Alf will like it.
Marilyn insist that Steven helps Bobby with shopping groceries since she aren’t allowed to carry any heavy things due to her pregnancy.
Rehearsal starts. Haydn and Sophie are practising a part just before the kissing scene and the actual kissing scene as well.
Just when they kiss, Blake interrupts them by kicking a chair.
Fisher seems to hate the new modern version of Shakespeare and think the dialog is ridiculous.
Blake warns Haydn not to use Sophie to get back at him. Haydn says the kissing is just acting.
Steven helps Bobby home with the groceries. Steven talks about that he feels bored at home and he can’t find any good job.
Bobby suggests Steven should maybe take his driver license. Steven says he isn’t ready yet.
Bobby insists that Steven should get his license.
Bobby teaches him to practise reverse parking with car. Steven drive Bobby’s car and she sits in other seat. He can’t make the reverse parking any good. Bobby convinces him to keep trying.
More rehearsal of Romeo and Juliet. Fisher has a few complaints naturally. Haydn, Sophie and Karen are in this rehearsal scene.
During a kissing scene, Haydn kisses Sophie like for real. Blake gets very jealous. Sophie seemed to kiss him back too. (Music plays)
Blake talks to Sophie and explain he feels jealous. He are upset at Sophie too since he think she seemed to enjoy the kiss. Sophie says it is just acting.
Patricia tells class she feels Blake get picked on just because he won’t reveal how he met her earlier.
Blake gets worried and thinks she will say to everyone that she met him in church.
She fixes up a story and explains about her car that won’t start most of the time and say that Blake helped her to start it once.
Blake is very grateful that she didn’t tell the truth. The guy that teased Blake earlier doesn’t think it is any fun anymore.
Steven’s driving improves and Bobby thinks he is driving well. Bobby offers Steven to drive her to Yabbie Creek tomorrow and she can do Christmas shopping before Steven do the test for the driving license.
Steven doesn’t want her to tell anyone about the driving test in case he fails. She says she won’t say anything.
Blake stays behind a while after class. He talks to Patricia. He thanks her for not telling the class the truth.
He is very surprised that she lied since she used to be a nun. She fixes the lie by doing this: Blake push starts her car in front of school and now it isn’t a lie anymore!
She offers Blake to talk about his problems with her. He isn’t interested in that.
Sophie and Haydn talks about how everyone thought the kiss seemed so real. They both say it is strange since they don’t even like each other. It seem as if they do like each other a bit anyway even though they don’t admit it.
Steven comes home and sees a Christmas card from Jennifer. He reads it. (Emotional music).
He phones number-info to get her number. He gets her number in the city and the address.
Sophie comes in and asks whom he was talking to. He says it is none of her business.
