The residents of Summer Bay pay their last respects to Michael. Marilyn changes her mind about marrying Fisher.

Chloe says goodbye to her mum. Jeremy tells his father that he spent the night with Selina. Shannon gives the ring back to Alex.

Haydn decides to stay in Summer Bay. Shannon begins destroying her memories of Alex. Jack is accepted into the Navy.

Fisher tells Marilyn he doesn’t want to marry her. Shannon admits she is suffering from anorexia again.

Jack leaves Summer Bay. Shannon struggles to get her anorexia under control. Jeremy begs Selina to pretend she’s his girlfriend in front of his parents.

Angel has trouble coping with Dylan and the new baby. Marilyn asks Haydn out.

Jeremy tries to kill himself. Marilyn decides it’s time she had some fun. Mandy returns to Summer Bay.

Shannon turns her back on Alex for Mandy. Selina catches Steven going out with Lindsay.

Steven ends his relationship with Selina. Shannon and Alex make amends.

Alex and Shannon get back together. Ailsa tries to sort things out with John. Dylan’s party is a huge success.

Liam falls for Chloe. Travis and Haydn compete for the same job at the surf club.

Curtis suspects Travis is growing marijuana. Sally’s contempt for Haydn causes problems.

Irene leaves for America.

Shannon lies to save Mandy’s career. Haydn leaves Summer Bay to work on an oil rig. Curtis, Selina and Chloe are trapped in a car by a vicious dog.

Hale goes out of his way to help Angel. Selina, Chloe and Curtis escape from a stolen car racket.

Kelly is suspicious of Stephanie’s agenda. Selina’s admiration for Jesse grows. Pippa is offered an Order of Australia.

Liam decides to stay in Summer Bay.
