Joey’s sexual inexperience frustrates Tiegan. Irene and Ailsa find themselves stranded in the middle of nowhere. Sam feels he has no place in Fisher’s home. Natalie realises her Olympic dream has damaged her relationship with Tom.

Joel’s hopes of becoming a father again are shattered. Chloe senses trouble when Diana arrives back in town. Joey is too calm about his exams. Irene starts a new career as a country and western singer. Tom is in love again – but with whom?

Diana accuses Chloe of having her eye on James. Jesse and Sally try to lift Vinnie out of his depression. Justine and Gypsy plan a girl’s night out on the town.

Diana finally admits to Chloe how she has been jealous of Chloe’s closeness with Lachlan. Justine’s night out ends in disaster. Vinnie is grateful to have Sally and Jesse as friends.

Diana holds the key to Lachlan’s sudden silence. Tom thinks up another plan to get Justine’s attention. Joey’s behaviour becomes increasingly strange. Gypsy desperately wants to meet her mystery man.

Justine is horrified when she meets Gypsy’s older man. Sally fixes Vinnie up with Barbie. Has Joey really got it under control?

It’s Remembrance Day in Summer Bay and Alf thinks the students should have more respect. Duncan’s homecoming is planned. Irene tries to get to the bottom of the midnight music blast. Vinnie solves Sal’s study problems and Sal fixes Vinnie’s dating situation.

Duncan’s first day home turns into disaster. Sam defaces the war memorial. Diana has big plans for Olivia. Joel is secretly relieved when he hears his medical results.

James is left surprised when Chloe agrees with Diana on Olivia’s schooling. Who is the strange man listening in on the Nash family conversations? Gypsy uncovers Justine’s secret admirer while she waits for her own love interest to call.

Are the pressures of exams getting to Joey? Diana tries to enlist Irene’s help with pushing James and Chloe together. Gypsy tells Will that they are never going to work and that she never loved him anyway.

While Irene and Diana try to bring Chloe and James together, James tells his father that he can’t compete with Lachlan any longer. Joey’s been missing since his exam. Gypsy takes Robert’s advice.

Duncan gives Ailsa a fright when he gets his hands on Alf’s old gun. Justine breaks Tom’s heart. Diana’s plan for Chloe and James backfires.

Ailsa wakes up in a sweat after having a nightmare that she’s being held up. Tom finally explodes at Justine. Could there be a mutual attraction between Sally and Vinnie?

Hayley discovers that someone else is taking the credit for her work. Ailsa struggles to come to terms with her trauma. Robert finds his way into the Nash household. Has the V-man become shy?

Vinnie and Sally deny their feelings for each other. Tiegan tries to get close to Joey but there’s something wrong with him. James is in a real emotional mess and Diana takes the opportunity to manipulate him even further.

James gives Chloe a ticket to America. Her heart soars with the excitement of seeing Lachie while his breaks at the thought of letting her go. Tom tries to get over Justine while Tiegan dumps Joey.

Jesse thinks he’s ready to start dating again. Joey insults everyone in his valedictory speech. Robert sends Natalie a cassette tape with Joel’s personal feelings on it.

Robert’s sinister plans are falling into place. The police search Natalie’s house for clues of a listening device but nothing seems suspicious. Vinnie kicks Sally’s date out of the house when he makes derogatory comments about her. Could Vinnie be jealous?

Chloe’s visit to America to see Lachlan ends in devastation. Sally and Vinnie finally admit their feelings for each other. Robert’s evil intentions are finally revealed.
