Extended Summary

Will is still convinced that it is his fault Ken died. Rhys had a word to him and told him that anyone would have done the same in that situation (lifted the car off him). He said that his father would not have wanted him to carry the guilt.

The funeral is taking place; Ken Is buried. When Irene got home she found that her house had been broken into and trashed. Judith’s was the same except the offenders were still in her house. They pushed her over and she hurt her head. Lucky Fisher saw them jump over his fence and he saw the licence plate.

Irene started to talk about selling Ken’s garage and about life insurance and Hayley got really upset. She thought that nobody cared that her father had just died. She stormed out and later Irene had a big go at her. She said, “NEVER imply that I care more about money than I do about your dad!”

Nick confided in Jade about his sorrow and Kirsty is jealous.
