Extended Summary

Kirsty has finally given Jade her blessing with regards to going out with Nick. It’s a relief, in a way but the relationship’s hasn’t really got off to a good start. Jade saw Nick playing pool with Simone and became upset. Kirsty called Nick a ‘loser’ for hurting Jade. Nick told Kirsty off, only to have Seb rushing to Kirsty’s defence. Nick and Jade make a cute couple, one can only hope they can reconcile soon!
Vinnie and Leah have gone into business with Ralph and will be selling stock from bankrupt companies. It’s one of Ralph’s crazy ideas. Alf and Fisher seem to think it seems legitimate, but both advised caution. Leah has already given Ralph $1,000. Will Ralph remain true to his word?

Seb’s positive outlook on life continues to blossom. First of all Fisher gave him Sam’s old surfboard. Now Vinnie’s teaching him to surf, and Seb’s paying them off by working at the Surf Club. Seb’s been grinning for days. Maybe he has finally accepted the fact that Fisher might be his grandfather… Fisher’s desperate for the DNA results. He’s even admitted he’ll be disappointed if they’re negative.

Colleen might be cooking up a storm, but Noah’s in charge of guitar lessons at the DIC after Flynn saw him playing one. Noah will do a great job; he seems to really hit it off with the kids. However if he finds out about Shauna and Jude’s proposed plans to leave for Melbourne, he might not be in the mood to teach.

Shauna thinks leaving Summer Bay is the right thing. At first there were concerns she was running away from a problem (which she is), but she told Jude she was looking forward to it. Why Jude hasn’t told Noah they’re going will never be known.
