The aftermath of the storm. The SES starts trying to locate the missing people. Rhys is in shock – there’ s still no sign of Shelley and Kirsty. Irene and Paris are stranded together.

The missing persons list includes Blake, Sophie, Sally, Seb, Kirsty, Shelley and Kane.

Blake and Sophie are lost in the bush due to Blake’s bad navigational skills. They are having petty arguments but manage to see the funny side. They come across Sally and Sophie sprains her ankle badly, She can’t walk and Blake wants to stay with her. Sally runs to try and find help. She eventually finds Flynn’s search party and tells them where Blake and Sophie are. Blake and Sophie are growing closer and Sophie tells him that spending time with him has made her re-evaluate her life. They are found by the rescue teams.

The Sutherland’s wait anxiously for news of Kirsty and Shelley. Rhys wants to keep busy but Alf doesn’t let him join the search. He spends most of the day at the kiosk and the girls worry about him. On his return, they say a prayer for Shelley and Kirsty. They are almost in tears.

Fisher is worried about Seb and June tries to comfort him. Seb turns up at the surf club, having been walking for days. Fisher is relieved and he and June pamper him.

Irene is ecstatic about her new relationship with Paris. Nick disapproves, but Hayley is pleased for her. Irene tries to talk Nick around. Paris comes for dinner.
