Kirsty gets jealous when Nick kisses Jade. Kirsty has a big shock when her phone bill comes in. She knows she doesn’t have $160 to pay it.
Hayley and Irene have a talk about her relationship with Noah, and Hayley becomes upset. Kirsty gets frustrated when she can’t find a job.
Alex gives the residents of the Bay some bad news… the discovery that VJ is deaf.
Noah apologises to Hayley about his attitude.
Kirsty goes to the Diner to ring Kane back.
Leah is very distraught over the fact that VJ has to undergo an operation when he is so young.
Hayley makes the situation worse when she tells Noah that she is going to stay at Irene’s for a while. Noah loses his temper, and storms upstairs. Aimee is enjoying every minute of the trouble between Hayley and Noah.
Shelley talks to Flynn about Kirsty going back to school. Kane asks Flynn if he is going to tell Shelley and Rhys about his relationship with Kirsty. Kane and Kirsty see each other again.
Aimee walks into Noah’s room to talk to him about his relationship with Hayley.
Kane and Kirsty have a secret meeting at the river, and Kane kisses her passionately. Shelley suddenly recalls where she has seen the mystery shirt, and she recalls that it is not Seb’s at all. She realises now, that she has seen it on Kane. Shelley is disgusted and upset.
