Extended Summary
Jesse gets questioning down at the police station over the attack on the guy in the gym. Jesse gets charged for the attack. Irene tells Jesse that in her books he has not done anything wrong and he has to go to court. Hayley tells Jesse that she can’t work at the gym anymore. Max goes into the surf club for the tape recorder but Shelley comes in and Dani goes after Shelley to see what’s wrong with her.
Shelley tells Max to wait in the car. Shelley is upset that Dani knew about Angie and Rhys’s affair and walks away and Dani starts crying. Shelley breaks out crying in the car. Angie tells Rhys to tell Shelley about Dylan and that she needs to know the rest. The police questions Hayley about the attack at the gym. Shelley starts yelling at Max about his tape recorder. Angie tells Dylan that she doesn’t want him seeing Kirsty anymore that she is his half sister, Dylan is shocked and upset. Dylan confronts Rhys in the surf club and asks him if it is true that he is his father and Rhys says” yes and Dylan turns around and pushes him in the head.
Shelley hears Angie and Rhys talking on the tape that Max had and is very upset about it. Dani walks in and gives Shelley some support after what has happened.
