Jade embarks on a desperate quest to find Nick. Scott gets into hot water with the council. Jesse decides to face up to fatherhood.

Extended Summary
Irene takes the Sutherlands home after their visit to Rhys in hospital. They feels guilty about assuming that he was with Angie, while he was out working, trying to earn more money for the family.
Tamara and Max get a lift with Blake to school, in his sports car. Max is rapt, and thinks it is totally cool.
Scott offers to help Dani out at the kiosk, while Rhys is recovering in hospital.
Hayley is upset about Noah reporting Josh, and talks to Jesse about it.
Jesse tells Hayley that, as Head Lifeguard, Josh should have been there in the first place, then Noah wouldn’t have been in the position of having to report him.
Dylan shocks Irene, by telling her that Nick was the one who took the disc, not Angie.
Dani meets up with a reporter at work, to find out what he knows about Rhys’ bashing. He wants Dani to interview Rhys about the incident, but Dani is unsure what to do.
Irene is worried that Nick won’t return before the court case. She tells Jade, that if he doesn’t come back, he will be found guilty, and Angie will win the case. Irene tells Jade that if Nick rings, to make sure she lets him know where he stands. Jade promises she will pass the message on.
Alex gives Hayley some advice on how to deal with the situation with Jesse, Noah and Josh. She appreciates the advice.
Dani decides to go ahead with the interview with her father.
Jade makes a scene with Angie in front of the students at school. She loses her cool, and threatens her to stay away from her father, and not to visit him again in hospital.
Dani supports Jade regarding her confrontation with Angie. Irene then has an argument with Angie about the way she is treating Nick and Jade.
Jade talks to Nick again on the mobile, and she gives him Irene’s message.
Nick is unsure what to do, and then Jade tells him how much she misses him.
Scott gets a letter from Council, with a complaint about his work on the boatshed site.
Jade decides to find Nick for herself, and packs her bag to leave. Dani tries to talk her out of it, but Jade is determined to find him, so he doesn’t lose his case.
