HOSPITAL
Noah asks what’s happening. Flynn says that Hayley is awake but she doesn’t remember the accident. Noah asks why, and Flynn says that she has amnesia.
HOSPITAL ROOM
Noah walks in as Hayley starts to stir. Noah asks her how she is feeling, and tells her that she has been involved in an accident. Hayley says that she’s been trying to remember but she can’t. Noah tells her that she was in a car accident and that he will always be there for her.
BEACH HOUSE
Irene thanks Scott for bringing Tasha home. Irene tells Tasha that she has to go to school and can’t keep skiving off. They both head to the hospital to see Hayley.
CARAVAN PARK HOUSE
Robbie tries to explain why he skipped school and says that he had to climb a tree to help a bird. Beth isn’t impressed and neither is Rhys. Rhys tells Robbie to take responsibility for his actions. When Robbie leaves, Rhys asks Beth if he came on a bit strong. Beth says that he did, but Rhys says that if he had done things differently with Kirsty maybe things would have been better. Beth reassures him that Kirsty will come home when she is ready.
HOSPITAL
Hayley asks Brodie what happened to her. She says that it’s just a sprain. Hayley says that it’s great to see Brodie and Alex together and that she knew he would pop the big question sooner or later. Brodie and Alex look at each other. Hayley then asks them if they liked the fairy lights on the boat. Brodie then walks out, leaving Hayley to wonder if she said something. Hayley then says that it’s probably all the stuff with the wedding making her emotional.
HOSPITAL CORRIDOR
Alex can’t believe that Hayley doesn’t know that him and Brodie weren’t always together. Alex then asks Hayley what they are going to tell her as she doesn’t remember anything about them. Brodie says that she has to be honest with her. But Alex says that they need to think of Hayley and that if they tell her it could make things worse.
KANE AND KIRSTY’S ‘HOUSE’ – GARDEN
Kirsty says that things don’t feel right because she needs to sort things out with her family. She then tells Kane that she wants to go home.
KANE AND KIRSTY’S ‘HOUSE’ – GARDEN
Kane says that he’s packed everything. He says that he is worried about what Rhys is going to say when he finds out that he forged his signature on their marriage certificate.
HOSPITAL
Flynn says that it’s too early to know the full extent of Hayley’s injuries, but says that there could be some permanent scarring. Noah holds Hayley’s hand and says that they will get through it together.
THE WHARF
Alex asks Brodie if they want to go to Greece when they leave. She says that sounds great. Alex reassures Brodie that leaving is the best thing to do. Brodie says that Alex has to make things right with Hayley and his family. Alex isn’t so convinced and says that he has tried to talk to them. Brodie says they are going to do it together.
HOSPITAL
Flynn gives Hayley a mild sedative and Irene asks what Hayley’s done to deserve what’s happening. While outside the hospital room, Tasha is standing there shaking as she looks in.
FLASHBACK

Tasha runs out. Irene wonders where she is going.
CARAVAN PARK HOUSE
Irene says that she came over because she thought Tasha might be hiding there. Rhys asks Robbie to come downstairs. Beth tells him that Tasha has disappeared from the hospital. Robbie says the last time he saw her was in the morning. Irene tells him to let them know if she turns up. Irene then asks if there is any news on Kirsty and Kane. Rhys is shocked when Irene says that she knew that they were thinking of taking off. Beth tries to reassure him that nobody could have stopped her. Rhys then has a go at Robbie when he finds out that he knew as well.
BREAK
CARAVAN PARK HOUSE
Robbie says that he didn’t feel it was any of his business to say anything. Rhys is quick to assure him that as a part of the family he should have said something. Tasha then walks through the door and asks to speak to Robbie. Beth says that she’s going to phone Irene to let her know that she is alright. Rhys’s tell Robbie and Tasha that in future they should have a long think about things before they do them.
BEACH
Robbie tells Tasha that he wishes everybody would stop getting on their backs. Tasha apologizes for what happened the night before. Robbie says that things between them aren’t really working. Tasha says that they can’t let anyone, including Irene, stop them from seeing each other.
HOSPITAL
Hayley asks Noah what he is going to do with the drop-in centre job once he gets elected to council. Noah says that he doesn’t think that the whole election thing is going to happen now. Noah says that things have changed. He tells Hayley that the drop in centre burnt down a while ago. Hayley then asks Noah if she knows the girl that was in there before. The expression on Noah’s face tells Hayley that it’s not just the accident that she doesn’t remember. Noah tells her that she’s just got to give it time.
HOSPITAL CORRIDOR
Noah tells Flynn that Hayley is asking questions. Flynn just says that he has to give her time to recover. Noah asks if she will recover. Flynn tells him to take one step at a time because there is every chance that her memory will come back.
THE PALACE
Scott asks Noah if there is any news on Hayley. He tells her that she is awake but she has a long way to go yet. Alex walks in and pays his rent. Alex says that there’s no point hanging around. Noah tells him about Hayley asking questions and says that she needs to know the truth.
BEACH HOUSE
Tasha says that when she was at the hospital she kept remembering how scared she was. Tasha then asks Irene if she wants her and Robbie to stop being friends. Irene says that she doesn’t, but she wishes that they would stop running away. Kirsty and Kane walk through the door. Tasha asks them if they are going to stay. Irene says they can, but on the condition that Kirsty sorts things out with Rhys.
CARAVAN PARK HOUSE
Kirsty knocks on the door and tells Rhys not to be angry. He starts having a go at her. Kane then slowly walks through the door. Rhys tells him that he is not welcome in their house. Kirsty then tells him that she and Kane got married. Rhys says that he is having their marriage annulled and Kane charged. Kirsty is outraged and says that he can’t do that. Rhys asks for one good reason why not. Kirsty then says that she’s pregnant! Kane looks shocked. Beth then asks her if she’s sure. She says she is, and that they are going to have the baby, leaving Rhys shocked for words.
