Leah’s shocked by Dan’s violent past. Is Casanova Kim flirting with danger? Dalby is on the warpath – and Henry’s in his way!

Extended Summary
Hyde calls a surprise assembly in light of the recent damage to the Surf Club and Henry is squirming. Alf is on hand to present the reward money to the gloating Dalby. However, Dan surprises everyone (especially Dalby) by announcing that Dalby has donated ALL the money to the Noah Fund. Dalby is horrified, but has no choice but to play along.
Later, Dan has one-on-one with Dalby and tries to get through to the troubled teen. He asks Dalby about his home-life and the incident at his old school, but Dalby tells him to pull his head in. Devilish Dalby thinks he now has Hyde just where he wants him. He warns Dan to keep out of his way and leaves. When he sees Henry, he makes his intentions clear – when he least expects it, Dalby’s going to get him!
Leah tells Irene that she is loving her time with Dan. But they are still avoiding issues like his family and her son. Irene thinks it’s time for him to meet VJ. Later Leah discovers a version of a story that Dan’s wife has been telling people that he’s violent. Apparently she’s even got a restraining order out on him. Leah is stunned and decides to steer clear of Dan until she can find out the truth.
Beth decides to throw a special dinner to celebrate Dalby missing out on the reward money. Dan is to be the guest of honour. Leah is still reeling from the unconfirmed revelations about Dan’s past and makes up an excuse not to go with him. Later Colleen has a bad case of foot-in-mouth and blows Leah’s story in front of Dan. Dan is puzzled and his mood darkens.
Tasha has decided not the go to the celebration dinner so she can avoid Colleen. Tasha is now seriously considering demolishing the caravan park – after all, that’s what her father would do!
At the dinner Kim tells Robbie that he spotted Hyde training Dalby at the pool. Kim’s disappointed that Dalby’s fooled Hyde so easily. Hyde’s spent years thinking the worst of Kim, but seems to think Dalby’s a saint.
Kim also takes to opportunity to flirt a little with Matilda in full view of Kit. Robbie thinks Kim is playing with fire, but Kim is obviously enjoying his game. And this is just the beginning!
