Jack’s temper gets the better of him and drives Martha further away. Martha embraces her new lifestyle even more so than before. Kim’s caught red handed trying to prove his distrust of James.

A bleary eyed Martha is woken by Jack & Fitzgerald, who inform her of the damage done to the Diner last night. Martha doesn’t know anything about it – and when confronted by Leah about the $10 grand coffee machine being broken, Martha refuses to pay – because she didn’t do it. Leah wants to know who’s responsible then? Martha fills Cam in on the situation – at least she’s out of Summer Bay House and doesn’t have to cop it from them too… Sally & Brad arrive at the Diner and Dan fills them in on the trashing that occurred last night. Everyone discusses Martha’s recent behaviour and the blame for it lands on Cam.
Sal has a word with Martha – take a look at yourself – is this the sort of person she wants to be – her words have had an impact on Martha… Cam writes a cheque to cover the coffee machine damage – all are impressed – but Sally is quick to point out that money isn’t going to fix Martha’s attitude. Meanwhile, Martha is taking a walk on the beach, where she runs into Jack. He asks her to think about Cam – is he really right for her? She heads home, family on her mind, the people she’s pushed away, and asks Cam for some space. He gives her time out – but is threatened and asks Jack what ideas he’s been putting into Martha’s head? Stay out of our relationship. Jack points out that Martha’s changed for the worst since being with him, an argument breaks out – Cam baits Jack and says it’s no wonder his girlfriend Sam ran away from him. He loses it and punches Cam. Bad move Constable. Cam uses this as a sympathy vote with Martha, saying Jack just lashed out at him. Martha’s shocked and furious.
Jack’s talking with Sal and Brad about the fight with Cam, when Martha bursts in – she tells him to get out of her life! So much for the ground work they’ve all been doing with Martha – looks like it’s all just gone down the drain. Jack apologises to Sal for his stuff up – Sally admits that she feels Martha is slipping further away from her. Meanwhile, Martha reunites with Cam – she’s sorry everyone’s been treating him so badly. He tells her that doesn’t matter – as long as she knows that he really cares for her…
James is excited when Kit asks him to be her birthing coach – but Kim is pretty miffed when he hears this – he thought he was in that role? Kit explains that this makes more sense – James is her partner, after all. Kim opens up to Rachel re his disappointment – he really wants to be there at the birth – Rachel points out that Kit’s comfort is what’s most important. Kim admits that he’s still not sure about James – Rachel decides to invite them over for dinner – they need to all get along. Later, Kim sees James talking to an infamous Bay drug dealer. Then at the Hunter House, Kim sees James’ bag, no ones around. He can’t help himself – Kim starts to look through it for drugs, when Kit & James walk in and bust him!
