Bruce’s condition is stabilized, but Rachel stresses he needs to drastically change his lifestyle or his condition will deteriorate. However, Bruce dismisses her concerns and makes Rachel and Sally promise not to tell Annie and Geoff about his heart condition. However, Geoff later overhears Rachel talking and becomes suspicious that Bruce’s condition is much worse than he is letting on. He confronts Bruce over this and suggests they should sell. Bruce flares, making it very clear that there’s no chance he’ll ever sell the farm. Bruce discharges himself and heads home, determined to work twice as hard.

Belle continues to feel sidelined by Drew’s obsession with fixing his car. However, he promises her that when Dom delivers the final part, the car will be finished and he’ll take her on a romantic drive. When Drew realises he won’t be able to pick up the part because of work, Dom suggests Belle do it. Oblivious that Dom is just trying to get time alone with Belle, Drew agrees. However, Ric is suspicious of Dom’s motives, and warns Drew to be wary of him. When the part turns out to be a dud, Dom steps in to replace it. Drew is left impressed at how easily Dom can get his hands on spare parts. We later see Dom breaking into a car and realize his secret – he steals the parts!
