Nicole gets what was coming to her. Christine is furious to find out about Melody and Geoff’s relationship. What will happen to Miles and his teaching career at Summer Bay High?
Extended Summary
Aden reiterates the bet to Nicole – either you get it on with bible boy or the money’s mine. Nicole is acutely aware that time is running out.
Geoff decides to try talking to Melody and after a few words are exchanged the situation becomes clear – Nicole set us up! The couple’s miscommunication is soon cleared up and it becomes obvious that Melody did enjoy the kiss – everything that Nicole has been up to comes to light – she made us both look like idiots! This couple make a firm decision – she won’t be allowed to break them up again! And further, Geoff thinks Nicole needs to be taught a lesson.
Roman humbly approaches Irene and once again brings up the topic of Nicole’s motives. Only this time Roman admits that Irene may have been right about Nicole. Roman doesn’t have the full story but it seems clear that Aden and
Nicole could be planning something.
Nicole’s plan of giving Geoff kissing lessons and luring him into her web is going ahead – but this time Geoff knows what she’s up to and decides on a plan of his own. When Geoff turns up to Nicole’s place he soon shocks her with the truth – he’s already made up with Melody and she has rated his kisses as great so he doesn’t need lessons. Adding to that, he thought it would be a great idea if Nicole wouldn’t mind helping out a few other guys from school. The words barely leave his lips when a few boys turn up to Nicole’s house under the impression that they’re there for kissing lessons. Nicole’s shock sets in as Geoff snaps some photos with his phone.
As Christine Jones is slowly getting other Summer Bay parents on side, Leah and Belle join forces in the opposition against her.
Bartlett confirms that Christine has called for a full P&C meeting to bring her issues out in public. This seems like relief for Miles as it’s his chance to put his position forward with the backup of the students. This is quickly dismissed by Bartlett who insists this won’t be a forum for students. With Miles on his own and without the support of his students, there is a feeling that a witch hunt is brewing…
Adding fuel to fire, Christine busts Geoff and Melody kissing in the Den. Shocked at this public display of affection, Christine wonders how Geoff will ever make Minister if he plans on parading around kissing people in public places. Christine is quick to judge believing that her daughter has loose morals. She tells Bartlett about Melody kissing Geoff intimately and brings Bartlett under attack for not keeping an eye on his students. Christine, now at her wits end, announces that she will be taking action against Miles as she swings her blame to him for the “appalling breakdown in values”.
