Extended Summary
Jai is freaking out over the sex tape and not sure what to do. Alf comes home and finds him deep in thought in the kitchen. Nicole then comes downstairs which only makes Jai even more jumpy. He makes a quick exit, walking into the door on the way out and blaming it on the new furniture*. He tells Xavier about it, who tells Jai to talk to Trey and Nicole about it because they might have a copy of Jai’s film somewhere. When Jai asks Nicole about it the next morning, he realises that Nicole doesn’t know anything about the sex tape. Xavier encourages Jai to talk to Trey about this.
Jai confronts Trey who tells him it was an accident, he didn’t know it was still recording. He insists Jai hand over the second memory card to him so he can destroy it; Jai reluctantly complies. That evenin Nicole tells Jai how much Trey means to her and Jai is not sure whether he did the right thing giving Trey the card.
Gibbsy has dropped around Lou’s paperwork to Irene, who is a bit stressed at the thought of inheriting the Lou’s business, not to mention her recent discovery about Donna paying to have her plied with booze in jail. The next morning when she sits down to sort through the paperwork, she discovers photos of her and Lou taken by a PI hired by Donna, and shows them to Angelo. Is there a chance Donna had a hand in Lou’s murder? Angelo explains that it doesn’t prove anything, but says he will talk to the PI. In the meantime Irene is not to contact Donna. Angelo talks to the PI and is shocked when he pulls out photos taken of Irene and Lou on the boat, only a couple of days before he died. They weren’t handed over to Donna as she had neglected to pay him. Angelo is furious that the PI didn’t hand these over sooner not as it reveals that Donna knew where Lou’s boat was at all time. Donna emerges as the leading suspect for Lou’s murder.
Aden is being messy around the house and Belle realises living with him isn’t going to be as easy as she thought. She complains to Aden and they end up kissing. Later, Belle makes a joking comment about them getting married and having kids, which makes Aden starts thinking about the level of his commitment to Belle. He talks to Nicole about this, and tells her that he’s thinking about proposing. Nicole thinks it might be too soon but is generally supportive and agrees to help him find a ring. Aden puts down a deposit on an antique ring, even though he doesn’t have the money to pay for it. The next morning he heads to work only to find an empty jetty and the police. Angelo reveals to Aden that someone has sunk Lou’s trawler!
