Extended Summary
Bianca and Vittorio are over the moon about their engagement. April isn’t so sure about it, but Bianca makes it clear it is what she wants, so April accepts the situation. But things aren’t as they seem, as Bianca is having dreams about Liam and saying ‘I love you’ in her sleep – maybe she isn’t so certain about Vittorio as she maintains. April starts to plan for the wedding, but Bianca isn’t as keen. April calls her on her attitude, and Bianca strongly denies anything is wrong – a little too strongly for April andher suspicions are raised. Vittorio and Bianca are ambushed by the Coastal News and Bianca reacts very angrily to being asked to give them a romantic pose. After Romeo lays into her, Bianca confides in Irene that she isn’t sure if she’s doing the right thing. Irene works out that part of her is still in love with Liam. Later, April is convinced that Bianca is doing the wrong thing, and tells her it’s obvious that she’s still in love with Liam. She asks Bianca outright – is she still in love with Liam? Bianca is unable to deny it.
Romeo is worried about Indi–she burst into tears the last time he kissed her, and he doesn’t know what to do. He’s tried talking to her, but she’s been avoiding him. Nicole advises him not to push it, to let her come when she’s ready, but Romeo wants to get some answers. However he is resigned to the fact he must wait it out. Sid has picked up that all is not okay with Indi, but she tries to cover, telling him it is. Romeo tries to talk to Indi at the Diner but she avoids him. When having lunch with Sid, Indi confides part of her problem to him – she doesn’t know why she was crying with Romeo and is embarrassed about it. After Romeo snaps at Bianca about her treatment of Liam, Nicole talks to Indi, trying to sort the whole situation out. Indi confides that her problem is to do with Owen, her ex, but she doesn’t know how to fix it – she knows what the problem isn’t, but she’s isn’t sure what it is. Indi tells Romeo she might need to take things more slowly – she isn’t ready to take things further, and has only just figured it out. He says that’s fine, he’s just happy to be back with her.
Having heard Mitzy admit to Nicole that she made up Ruby’s prediction to enhance her life, Marilyn is confused. Could Sid be right? Did Mitzy make up her end date after all? Things are frosty between the two of them, with Marilyn trying to put off Mitzy giving a reading to Miles. Alf calls Marilyn on her behaviour and Marilyn tells him that she has been wondering about Mitzy, ever since she found out about what Nicole said – has she twisted the truth before, despite all the faith that Marilyn has put in her? But if she asks, is she going to ruin their friendship if she’s wrong? Alf suggests that if the tension between them continues then the situation with Mitzy is only going to get worse anyway. Marilyn bites the bullet and asks Mitzy about her predictions, but Mitzy picks up on what’s going on. Marilyn quickly shuts the conversation down, not wanting to hurt her friend – but is left no more convinced of her abilities. Later, Marilyn tries again when Mitzy mentions the atmosphere. Mitzy gets worked up and in the middle of their argument she collapses, having a seizure.
