Extended Summary
Alf and Miles talk about what to do about the Penn situation and how they can take care of it. Alf can’t decide what to do. When Penn threatens Miles and the kids, Miles retaliates by striking Penn in the middle of the Diner, which appears to be exactly what Penn wanted….
In the surf club, Penn threatens Sid and Marilyn. When they talk later, Miles comes to the chilling realisation that Penn is deliberately provoking all of them. Finally Alf agrees to speak to Charlie about getting an AVO.
Bianca starts gearing up for the wedding to Vittorio but April is not convinced that Bianca is making the decision that she actually wants. Colleen is also excited about the Summer Bay’s first ‘royal wedding’ and volunteers her services with her wedding inspirations album. Vittorio senses Bianca’s hesitation is about his infidelity and offers to postpone the wedding. Bianca and Vittorio confront April and Vittorio agrees he will have to let Bianca decide what she wants.
Dex struggles to get over being dumped by Adrian. Marilyn tries to help Dex find a way out of his depression by suggesting to him that perhaps Adrian just isn’t interested in Dex. Dex is intrigued by this theory and goes to find out for sure. Adrian admits Marilyn is correct and they agree to be just friends.
Leah is struggling as she prepares for the trip to see Elijah in Africa, worried about all the possible emotional dramas she may encounter. Meanwhile as she’s closing up the Diner that evening, Irene is surprised by the arrival of Will, with daughter Lily in tow, who says they’ve got nowhere else to go.
