Extended Summary
Wedding preparations are still in full force, despite April pulling out as bridesmaid. When Lily asks if she can come to the wedding, Bianca invites her to be a flower girl. April still believes that Bianca shouldn’t be marrying Vittorio, and tensions are high when she arrives at Bianca’s wedding shower wearing a Liam Murphy t-shirt and chewing on a toothpick. When Vittorio turns up unexpectedly and makes a show of kissing Bianca and commenting on April’s t-shirt, she is even more disgusted. Determined that April is not going to ruin her special day, Bianca later asks Charlie to be her bridesmaid.
Marilyn’s day of death is near and Sid seems to have forgotten, what with being preoccupied with Indi’s troubles over her HSC. When he later realises, Marilyn and Sid discuss the fact that though he doesn’t believe it, the prediction is still very real to her. Sid decides to do something nice for Marilyn and treat her to a final night, just the two of them at home.
Robertson grills Will again at the bait shop, wondering if he would commit murder for his good friend Alf. Whilst there, he sees Will wipe his bloody hands on an old rag which gets his mind ticking, and later comments to Graves that they need to get a search warrant for the bait shop. Graves has doubts of Alf’s guilt though Robertson is still convinced. Despite the investigation, Robertson continues to try and re-establish his relationship with Leah. Leah admits that the town may not like what he is doing but she understands why he does what he does. She leaves him with a long kiss.
Indi is stressing at the thought of repeating another year of school and Romeo leaving her behind. Finding it hard to spend time with him, Indi goes to visit Romeo on a lunch break and sees him with a group of girls. Her fears reinforced, she confronts Romeo. Romeo reveals that he loves her so much that he deliberately failed his HSC just to be with her. Indi is stunned.
