Greg Marshall and Bobby Simpson (1992)
Bobby and Greg met when Bobby fostered Greg's son Sam. Initially Bobby was wary of Greg thinking that he might take Sam from her but they soon fell in love. Greg proposed via a videotape that he and Sam forced her to watch and a delighted Bobby said yes. Despite a last ditch attempt from her first love Frank to win her back, they married in an outdoor ceremony with her proud father Donald giving her away. Their marriage lasted for a short while despite Greg cheating on her but it wasn't to last as Bobby was involved in a boat accident and left brain dead. A devastated Greg made the heartbreaking decision to turn off her life support and let her go. He later left the Bay, returning to the city as a lorry driver and leaving Sam with Bobby's father Fisher and the Fletchers.

Kim Hyde and Rachel Armstrong (2006)
You certainly can't say that Kim and Rachel's wedding day was uneventful. Baby Joe, who they had decided to adopt, was arriving the same day and Kim turned up to the church on a horse! Why did Kim turn up on a horse? Well, the rings went missing the night before and his car broke down in the middle of no where. So, after a whole lot of gallivanting around the countryside, he found a horse. Just as well, as I can hardly see Kim running to the jewelers and then running back to the church and still being able to say "I do", before midnight. After the guests mouths dropped to the ground after the sight of Kim on a horse, the wedding went ahead. After being walked down the aisle by her brother, Rachel went on to say that she was inspired by Kim and looked forward to what life would bring. How she would regret saying that! With Kit back in their lives, things got tough for Kim and Rachel. Hugh didn't exactly help things either. And with the arrival of baby Archie, things got even worse. After just a few months of marriage, Kim and Rachel separated after Kim decided to live with Kit in the city.
