One of the few people we have really watched grow up and change on the show, is Mattie.
After she arrived in Summer Bay in early 2004, we have been able to watch Mattie grow from a spoilt brat to a confident, young woman. But this is not the only transformation we have seen Mattie go through; over the years Mattie has developed a style that makes her one of the perhaps best dressed people in Summer Bay.
What makes Mattie's style so successful, is the way she uses basic pieces and combine them to make simple, elegant and trendy outfits. A must-have if you want to look like Mattie, is a simple white tank top or tunic. Combined with regular boot cut jeans, and a dark cardigan if it gets cloudy, it makes an outfit that can't fail you.
Mattie isn't afraid to wear pieces with a unique look to them either. A plaid pair of shorts with a casual tank in a colour like green, pale pink, or a dark shade of yellow, looks casual and cute at the same time.
For a fun day shopping or just hanging out with friends, a coloured messenger bag works fine with almost anything, and a simple black leather bag will make any outfit look more elegant for work, school or even a date.
