A cute little Sam, responsible for burning Adam's house as an ten year old just because Adam was responsible for killing Bobby. Sam also decided it was a good idea to go swimming in a raging torrent and Michael died saving him. Sam, like Sally. grew up on our screens.

Alex is Saul's son and therefore Joey's brother. He only lasted on the show for a year in which he had a relationship with Shannon and briefly went death. You only need one fan to enter the list.

Ah, well Irish Fan must have voted. Harry came in with an interesting storyline where he had been forced to change his identity. Once that storyline had finished Harry entered a few relationships, but essentially did nothing till he left in 2001.

How galling must it be to think that a stuffed toy is more fondly remembered than you are? Bevan Lee had a thing for bears in 2004 and brought this one in as a gift for Kirsty by Kane. Some may argue he was the best actor out of the three. Eduardo was voted best supporting actor in the 2004/5 BTTB Oscar/Logies, which does not say much for the competition! Eduardo's modest memoirs also proved popular with BTTB members.

The eagle-eyed among you may spot that it is in fact not Eduardo Bearo below, but Vinnie in a bear costume. Trust us, we are searching hard for Eduardo Bearo.

Bad boy comes into the show, bad boy gets fostered by Summer Bay family. Bad boys leaves show a credit to the world. Currently married to Sarah with two kids.

Peta had a really interesting entrance story, involving living off her dead grandmother's benefits. When this was discovered she was fostered by the Nashes and eventually went into a relationship with Edward, two of the shows most original characters. They soon left to travel the world.

Damien was Irene's youngest kid. He arrived in the bay, following his sister Fin there. He was a quieter character, but still managed to get Selina pregnant on one of his umpteen visits back to the bay after leaving the show.

As this character hasn't yet appeared in the UK, so as not to spoil anyone I won't mention anything about him. Still, must be good because at least one person voted for him.

Celia was the original Summer Bay busybody, annoying the Baysiders for the first two years of the show. She was rapped out of the show and when Ray Meagher wanted a few months off, he was zoomed off to Africa to save Celia who had been taken hostage. At least Celia has now modernised her hairstyle.

The second part of the Troublesome Twosome of the early years, Martin is said by Colleen to have led Lance off the rails. However by 2000 Martin was a millionaire, except he wasn't. It was all an act as he didn't want to come back a failure.

Meg and her mother Julie came to the Bay in 1992. Blake fell in love with Meg. However just to get the tear ducts flowing Meg was dying of leukemia. In one of Home and Away's highest rating episodes, Meg died in Blake's arms as the sun rose/

James follwed his brother in the show, urged by his mother who wanted him to marry Chloe so she could still see Olivia, Lachie's child. However Kristy Wright decided to leave and James ended up in his own hospital subdrama within the show.

Josh arrived in the bay as the spoilt child of a CEO. He got the job as a lifeguard as he wanted to make it on his own. He was then partly responsible for Charlotte's death and then decided he wanted to be a multi-billionaire after all. He was bankrupt at the end of 2003, but by 2005 he was back with a beard and a plan to flatten the bay.

Blake Dean arrived with his sister Karen on the Stewart's doorsteps, their mother an old prison friend of Ailsa's. Blake's main storyline happened also to be Meg's main storyline so I won't go over that again. Has broken up with Sophie approximately 10 times over the past four years.

The single voter that voted for Alex Poulos couldn't remember his second name and simplu called him Leah's brother. Alex didn't do much memorable so it is therefore quite understandable.

Kelly was the token doctor of the mid 90's. She also had a rather sleazy relationship with Travis which she ended soon after he proposed to her by running away. Interesting fact - her brother played Marc Edwards in 2005.

Adam was responisble for Bobby's death. Everyone in the bay hated him. Adam then rescued Sam, despite Sam was halfway through burning his house down. Everyone in the bay forgave him. Adam returned to the bay in 1999 as he was working for Bonza Burger. He was accused of perving on Shauna and his name was tarnished again. However it was then proven it wasn't Adam.

Michael was Pippa's second husband. He helped continue the long line of fostering. However after Sam went swimming in some rapids, Michael jumped in and saved him. However he drowned himself. Interesting fact, he is married to on-screen wife Debra Lawrance.

I'd dearly like to bring you a picture of Milko, but I couldn't find one that had the necessary quality to grace the site, so here's a picture of chair instead. However don't think that this means Milko's performances were wooden. Home and Away owes a debt to Milko; if he hadn't been so careless as to get stuck in Summer Bay, Home and Away may never have happened.

If you're getting bored with the continuing Zoe/Eve/Sarah drama, this is where it was all started. Felix had a rather unsatisfactory article written about him by so he started sending Dani things like pig heads. He was then beat up and killed by his girlfriend Sarah giving him crystal meths.

Mitch, despite Mitchell McMahon's best efforts to turn him into a total sleazeball was a fairly likable character. He was at the same time fairly forgettable as well.

Mikey had two stints during 2002 and 2003, and his autism led him to getting into a few rather interesting situations. He went on the school roof, was thought to have ran into the ocean naked despite not being able to swim and ruined Sally's wedding dress. Scott took him on as a deckhand, but it didn't work out.

Justine had a baby die in her care, decided to row out to sea in the middle of cyclone and once appeared naked in a play. However she is probably best known for her nose piercing.

Dylan was Angie's son and initially Rhys' son as well, which caused problems when he started dating Kirsty, who was Rhys' daughter, but you already knew that. Dylan was then not Kirsty's brother after the infamous blood non-matches and after killing his mother. He then helped Irene find Josie.

Shelley, the fourth caravan park mum, spent two years doing non-stop counselling before having to leave the bay probably more through exhaustion than everything else. After a failed relationship with David, she got back with Rhys who she had divorced a year before. As you do.

Ryan is Dan and Amanda's son. Despite being young he has already gone through being kidnapped and having a step-father old enough to be his great grandfather. Ryan obviously won a cute little kid vote her.

Joel arrived in the bay where his brother Travis was already living. In just two years his house was burnt down, he broke his leg, he was dragged from a burning his car and wife had a child with one of his mates. Life is never dull in the bay.

For a character that does as little as Nurse Julie, she has built up a huge following. Her storylines have included admitting Kirsty to hospital, admitting Hayley to hospital, admitting Kim to hospital. In fact, possibly the only three scenes she's had in three years that don't involve admitting people to hospital are Flynn's wedding, Flynn's last day and Flynn's funeral.
