Most Popular Character 2018

Welcome to the results of our eighth Most Popular Character poll. Every two years, since 2004, we have invited our forum members to vote for their top Home and Away characters of all time.

With a further fourteen years worth of episodes since our first poll, we changed things this year by allowing people to vote for their favourite seven characters, as opposed to the five previously allowed. Voting was open to our forum members for just over a month, and once closed we then allocated seven points to their favourite character, six to their second favourite and so on.

Every day over the next couple of weeks, we will be counting the 152 characters that have made it to this year’s poll, with the Top 3 to be revealed on Christmas Eve

Please note that any characters who made their debut after Episode 6966 were not eligible for this year’s poll, as those episodes were yet to air in the UK when the voting opened.

Characters who have scored an equal amount of points are presented in alphabetical order.
