Barry Hyde
Strengths
Barry Hyde at first glance appears to be a stern disciplinarian who takes no prisoners. He believes passionately in education and in encouraging each and every one of his pupils to achieve to the best of his or her ability. After a very shaky start, following in the footsteps of the much more laid back Mr Burnett, in which he overdid the discipline, he soon settled into his stride and found the right balance with the students. He has made a point of weekly walk abouts talking to the students and knows what is going on in his school.
Points to improve
A stickler for the rules at times Mr Hyde is a little inflexible.
Overall comments
Educationally My Hyde has achieved good results and his students show application and respect. My Hyde is an exceptional head teacher and it is a tragedy that this committed teacher was blighted in such a way.
