Brad Armstrong
Strengths
Brad can keep a level head especially when he feels frustrated by Donald Fisher's approach to disciplining students, namely Cassie Taylor and Annie Campbell. He is approachable by students and is good at communicating namely with students and staff. He has a strong relationship with Deputy Principle Sally Fletcher.
Points to improve
He does not always judge situations effectively and this has recently led to his demotion as principal and his temper has at times got the better of him.
Overall
He is an extremely approachable head for the students and a good colleague for the staff. Even though he wasn't head for as long as the previous heads, he was a very good head for that period of time. He is commended for keeping calm in most circumstances and acting in a professional manner, particulary when dealing with personal problems. A very well done to him and on a whole he is a very good head at the school and we wish him all the luck in the world in what he does next.

Being found with drugs on him on school premises.
