Here's a brief outline of Ollie's finest moments - ones that made us laugh, made us cry and the moments that made him oh so adorable!
These moments have been complied for your reading pleasure with some inspiration from various members:
I loved it when Irene was covering up who he was and he totally played along. I loved a scene as well when Kirsty came home and Ollie made a remark about Alf being in such a bad mood! (ter06) |
One of my favourite scenes with Ollie is when he called Jai Jai-Jai for the first time. It was so adorable. I quite liked the impact it had on Jai as well. It reminded him of his own brother who called him Jai-Jai as well. The scene where he caught the fish was cute as well. He was so excited about it. (Barbara) |
His tears when Jai, Annie and Irene were leaving and his fishing scene with Alf and Miles. (Mistified) |
OMG I can't watch it. Those scenes where he cries are heartbreaking! What an amazing little actor he is. (note: crying scenes - when Kane visited then left, when Geoff didn't want to play with him and when Jai, Annie and Irene left to go to Japan.) (xGlowingAngelx) |
I loved the scene when Kane visited him in hospital and how Oliver stretched out his arms to give Kane a hug and afterward when he started crying. Also his last scene with Kane was one of the best. He had the biggest grin on his face. And Ollie the pirate was great! And how he talked about "daddy" and Kirsty told him that "daddy isn't here" and Oliver was like "he'll play later" while pointing at Kirsty with his sword. (Krist10na) |
Oliver was so cute in Thursday's episode (16/7/2009) when he was annoying Geoff and then he said "I want my Daddy". Most kids would of said "I want my mummy" in this situation but Ollie wanted his daddy. I feel so sorry for both Ollie and Kane that they don't get to see each other much anymore. It's obvious they love each other. (dncllpyk) |
I loved how he wiped his cheek after Kirsty kissed him in Friday's episode - so cute! (Frogg) |
Here are some more memorable moments:
When Ollie gave his Mum a kiss and he bumped his nose on her cheek - you could see him rub his nose.
When Ollie was hoisted up by Kirsty to go outside to do some drawings, he must have bumped himself as he said "Ouch" and Kirsty apologised.
Miles hoisting Ollie up on his shoulders for a small ride in the Diner before bringing him back down to the ground. Also in the Caravan Park, Miles and Kirsty swung Ollie back and forth whilst walking a few times.
Kane swung Ollie around, hoisted him up, gave plenty of cuddles and carried him around all whilst he spoke to Kirsty.
Both Irene and Kane taught Ollie the Shh! Game, it worked effectively for Irene but not so for Kane.
Ollie ran into Belle's room and caught Aden in Belle's bed, Geoff and Annie ran after Ollie but it was too late and they were disgusted at the sight that they saw.
When Miles went away on the shark hunting expedition with Alf and Hugo, Ollie devised a checklist for Miles. It was so cute the way he read out the list and Miles checked things off as he went. At the end, Miles squeezed those cubby cheeks from Ollie to say he was proud of him and also that he would miss him.
On occasions when Ollie didn't want to do something he either shook his head, pouted and was cheeky towards his Mum or just ran away from his Mum - once into the arms of Aden and another time into Miles.
Ollie wanted to play pool at the Surf Club but his Mum insisted that it was only for adults, so he kept nagging her until Trey stepped in and offered to play pool with him by rolling the white ball around the table.
Ollie came to visit the Beach House with Jai and Kirsty; Claudia had just found out that she was pregnant and that Geoff was to be the father. Ollie ran into the house, plonked himself in between Claudia and Geoff before nuzzling Geoff. He then sat up straight, sensed that there was something wrong between them and looked at both Geoff and Claudia in turn. When Kirsty mentioned that it was time to go, Ollie gave a hug to Geoff and then a hug to Claudia before leaving and gave them both some food for thought.
During his time on the show, Ollie was affectionately known as:
Cheeky monkey (by Belle), little rascal (by Irene), sweetheart, bubba, munchkin, bubba and grot features (by Kirsty), grumble guts, Picasso, Super boy, buddy and a champion (by Miles) and Superman and big guy (by Jai)
