The day before yesterday we had thunder, lightning and hail all at the same time. It was actually very scary, and quite rare for all three to happen at once.

That is one of the coolest things Google have done for a very long time. And instead of trotting over to the GM website every time I want to seach for an H&A location, I can now just go to the Locations page and see them at the click of a button - I love it! Thanks a lot, Dan. It's a brilliant update .

^ That sounds very similar to what it was like a few weeks ago while I was up north. It was absolutely chucking it down and then in the afternoon everyone was in sunglasses! What I hate most about the weather here is its unpredictability. It's so difficult to plan ahead for anything. I was hoping we were going to have a BBQ this summer, but I have no idea of when we should have it. Having a BBQ indoors isn't what a BBQ is about, is it? If you're going away somewhere you have to take the most ridiculous amount of stuff - a sun hat if the sun decides to show, a warm hat in case it doesn't, a light jacket if it's a bit nippy, a raincoat in case it pours down...

I'm very pleased the credits for '07 are all up-to-date. Now we've just got to get the '08 ones uploaded .

It's really, really warm at the moment, and it's nearly 2am! I can't sleep, because I'm just too warm. It's very muggy and close, which isn't all that nice at this time in the morning. I guess it's better than it being freezing cold, though .

It must have been the hottest day of the year yesterday. It was absolutely scorching, and today is no different either.

The team started work on it literally the day we heard Kate's leaving announcement, and we all hope you enjoy what we've done to mark her departure .

It's like being in an oven here. According to wheather reports, it could rise to 28ºC later this afternoon. I'm in heaven .

I could not agree more. I was cheering Sam on when she said about Jack being the worst cop she'd ever known or something. Jack has double standards. If Sam was in Jack's shoes, Jack would probably have said exactly the same thing. It doesn't matter how many times I see Sally's concert, it always brings a little tear to my eye. Her speech was what set me off. I was okay before that! The Jack and Sam scenes weren't overdone in my opinion, and it's only been in recent weeks that I've started to appreciate the whole storyline. My opinion of Sam has changed dramatically too and I think I'm now 'getting' her character a lot more. Jessica Chapnik has played the part so well, and POB has really been great in the last few episodes. Jack's confusion, anger and distrust of Sam as his wife, a person and the mother of his unborn child has been very visible.
